How to Cook Good

 Hi Guys!

For my knowledge sharing assignment, I have started a blog post to Curate and Share my topic of choice! For my assignment, I am focusing on learning how to cook! As many of you know, I have moved to Tallahassee for quite a while already and I am running out of things to cook!! My cooking knowledge is really basic, even after all the Masterchef episodes I have watched. I am looking for simple recipes that do not take up much time (not more than 45 mins preferable), can be done with basic ingredients, with a basic kitchen (think pots and pans) and most importantly CAN BE DONE BY A LOUSY CHEF!

Check out my blog to see what I have procured! https://cookingintally.blogspot.com/

  1. Hi! That is great that you are trying new recipes. For my community project I followed different recipes in subreddits. I wonder if you might like to check some out there? I made several from the r/VegRecipes subreddit. Also I do meal kits for a couple months and then cancel. Gives me some new recipes to try before I go out and buy a bunch of new ingredients. I test them out on my family and once we have some new ones everyone likes I cancel and have new things to put into the cooking rotation. Good luck!

  2. I'm trying french toast for my breakfast a few times a week and I like it, so far. Cinnamon is a must! :)

  3. Cooking Good is not rocket science, although some chefs have chemistry degrees. My rule of thumb is to choose recipes that use fresh ingredients. I used to follow the recipe to a T, which would be my advice for you. Later, with more experience, you can change it up. Good luck!
